11 SKIES schedules to open Phase I in July 2022 with broad support from influential business community

11 SKIES, Hong Kong’s largest retail, dining and entertainment destination in SKYCITY next to the Hong Kong International Airport, is slated to open its Phase I in July 2022, introducing K11 ATELIER 11 SKIES, the latest addition to K11’s premium office network. The 570,000-sq.ft. office space is the Greater Bay Area’s (GBA) upcoming dynamic community with a unique ecosystem of one-stop professional services, and the international gateway to the burgeoning megalopolis. A total of nearly 20 leading companies in various professional service industries including finance and wealth management, beauty, and medical services will establish their presence here to connect GBA and the world, along with the establishment plan of the prominent community in GBA.

Gaining support from GBA business community to further connect and create synergy in the region 

Featuring professional services, the three Grade A office towers serve for wealth management, wellness & medical services, and companies wishing to establish its business presence at the heart of the GBA region respectively. The unique concept and its aim to create synergy across the different industries has been recognized by one of the largest business communities with over 5000 member organisations in West Guangdong - Federation of Hong Kong Zhuhai Community (The Community).
