11 SKIES, a HK$20 billion mixed-use development project by New World Development and operated by K11 Group at Hong Kong International Airport’s SKYCITY, has made remarkable achievement by winning three awards for its high quality architecture and design in the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards.
Established in 2008, The Asia Pacific Property Awards is the largest and most influential section of the International Property Awards programme, found in 1993. It has also been regarded as one of the international awards with the most rigorous judging criteria. The winning of the awards represents the joint efforts of 11 SKIES and its partner Lead8, the highly respected and multi-award winning (recipient of five MUSE Design Awards in 2022) design practice, has been recognised by experts in the industry.

The panel of judges reviewed each entry in terms of design, innovation and sustainable development. 11 SKIES stood out in various categories, while the judges also appreciate 11 SKIES’ effort on combining retail, entertainment and office space with creativity and top-notch architectural design.
The Nominee, Mixed Use Development Asia Pacific award allows 11 SKIES to further compete with other top projects for the region’s best and world’s best at the end of the year.
K11 is determined to make 11 SKIES the Hong Kong’s future largest hub for retail, dining, entertainment and commerce. 11 SKIES will open in phases from 2022 to 2025, and we will continue to build it as a must-visit destination for travellers from Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and the world.
